Buff Bones: 4-Week Series

Back by poplar demand and at a new time!  Open to new Buff Bones students and experienced students alike.  Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health.  It leverages bone-strengthening and balance techniques along with Pilates, functional movement, strength training and therapeutic exercise. Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones® system also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for those with osteoporosis.

Abs & Guns: 6-Week Series

Back by popular demand, In this fun and challenging series we add creative variations to many classic Pilates exercises, utilizing the Pilates springboard and small props. An extra emphasis is placed on the upper body, toning the arms, and strengthening the upper back. Focusing on good form, and deep core work — while strengthening the abdominals and upper body — this class will leave you energized and looking and feeling great!

Prerequisites: 1-3 years of previous & continuous Pilates experience. This class is not suitable for beginners or folks with injuries or chronic pain. If you are not sure about your level, please give us a call before enrolling: 415.647.CORE

Flow with Props: 6-Week Series

Date: 6 Tuesdays 9/4/2018 – 10/9/2018 | From: 9:30 am – 10:30 am

Join the fabulous Tiffany for a 4-week Pilates experience you will not forget. Tiffany is our resident Master of Flow at Pilates Heights. Her classes are so much fun and so creative, you’ll forget you’re working your buns off and the hour just flies by! During the series, Tiffany will introduce a different Pilates prop each week, building on your strength and stamina from the previous week. Sweat, smile, stretch, burn, tone.. you’ll hit it all in this full-body Pilates workout experience.

Prerequisites: 1-3 years of Pilates experience and good body awareness are a must for this class. This class is fast-paced and assumes you are well grounded in the Pilates fundamentals. If you are not sure about your level, please give us a call before enrolling: 415.647.CORE

The bright, upstairs studio is small, but they have all the equipment you could want or need. More importantly, they have excellent instructors
